Balanced Diet

We should all eat the recommended servings of food everyday [Green leafy vegetables, lean meat, oil, dairies etc]. 

Instead of always taking out food from stalls where we can't control how much MSG + oil and all the unhealthy stuff, we could cook our own meals, thereby controlling our food intake. Also, if we buy food outside, we would feel compelled to finish everything on our plate (because of the mindset that "I spent money on this") even though we might have already eaten more than we need to.
